The Missionette program at Northwood Assembly is a program to train girls to become Godly women. Beginning at age 4, and ending at 12 years old, the teacher takes the girls through Bible stories, memory verses, and practical everyday lessons of life. Following a pre-produced workbook, the teacher walks the girls through a variety of units. Each unit is centered around a topic or theme (friends, cooking, salvation, fruits of the Spirit, caring, music, etc.). Our prayer is that every girl who completes the entire program will have the foundation needed to become Godly women.

Discussion oriented lessons center around age appropriate themes such as peer pressure, attitude, self-esteem and accountability. Girls make their way up the Stairway of the Stars ACHIEVEMENT PROGRAM as they complete units in the four worlds:

• World of Truth (Basic Christian Doctrine);
• World Around You (Missions);
• World About You (Activities); and,
• World Within You (Character Development).

Beginning in the 7th Grade, girls join the youth group of Northwood Assembly, "24/7".
